First Responders – Free Yoga
First Responders; this includes police, firefighters EMS, paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, 911 operators, military, and veterans. For the entire month of November, we will be offering unlimited free yoga to all of these individuals. If you’re already a member with us, let us know, and we will add a free month to your membership. You can contact us to sign up, or just show up for class, and we’ll have a spot waiting for you. Please bring your ID or badge for your free classes!

Fall Yoga Challenge
Our annual Fall Back to Yoga Challenge starts September 8th!
The Fall Challenge is six weeks to get you motivated and back to a regular practice. The Challenge will begin on Monday, September 8th and end Tuesday, October 21st.
Included FREE for current unlimited members or available on its own for just $129 + hst.
The goal: Practice 21 times in 42 days in the studio. A maximum of 2 classes in one day can count towards your 21 classes. Practice 21 times in the 42 days and earn a bonus month for just $45 + hst!
Every time you come in, you get a ballot for our weekly draw for a free week of yoga and your ballot qualifies you for our free month draw at the end of the challenge.
