New Year’s Day Meditation
Join us New Year’s Day at 7:30pm for a one hour Karma Meditation Class. Letting go of 2021 and setting intentions for 2022.
Register online through our website or the mindbody app. $20 cash donation in support of McNally House Hospice. You must preregister for this class to reserve your spot. Sign up is free, please make your donation at the studio.
All proceeds will be donated to the hospice.
You do not have to be a member to attend.
Bring you mat and something comfortable to sit on.
As with all of our classes you must show that you are fully vaccinated to participate.

The Goal: Practice yoga every day for 30 days.
Practice 16 days or more in the studio during the challenge and get another 30 days for $30 + hst!
Practice 14-15 days in the studio, qualify for another 30 days for $50 + hst!
Practice 1-13 days in the studio, qualify for another 30 days for $60 + hst!

Purse Project 2021
This is our 5th year participating in the Purse Project. Our goal is to fill 30 purses with essentials for women in our local shelter.Please bring in new or gently used purses. Bring in a purse or purses and/or the essential items only. No sample sizes please (they will not be accepted). Our collection is going directly to Gillian’s Place in Beamsville.All items due by November 30th.
We need the following items for each purse:
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Hand Lotion
- Deodorant
- Hand Sanitizer (we do not require any more!)
- Shampoo
- Body Wash
- Socks
- Mittens or Gloves
- Hat or Scarf

Winter Coat/ Warm Clothing Drive
Our 5th annual Winter Coat and Warm Clothing Drive is on!! Time to clean out your closets! Please bring in your new and gently used winter attire donations to the studio for donation to Community Care West Niagara by November 30th. Thank you!We are accepting coats, hats, sweaters, blankets, mitts, gloves, scarves, socks and boots.
Movember
Our 11th annual Movember Campaign! As with every year, join our team and earn free yoga. Together our team has raised over $20,000 over the years. Your donations will help men’s health and mental health unlike any other worldwide fundraisers. Geared towards our brothers, sons, dads and grandfathers (who all often get ignored). Help change the face of men’s health and have a little fun doing it!
