First Responders; this includes police, firefighters EMS, paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff, 911 operators, military, and veterans. For the entire month of November, we will be offering unlimited free yoga to all of these individuals. If you’re already a member with us, let us know, and we will add a free month to your membership. You can contact us to sign up, or just show up for class, and we’ll have a spot waiting for you.
