Beginner’s Yoga Workshop – Sunday, May 27th, 1pm – 3pm

New to yoga? This 2 hour workshop will get you started with your practice.

No week by week class to commit to, learn the basics in one afternoon. It’s time to finally get on your mat and find out if yoga is for you!
Included with the workshop is one FREE yoga class. Any class, any day, to be used within 30 days of the Beginner’s Workshop.
You must pre-register for this class. 4 student minimum, 12 student maximum.
The workshop is scheduled for 2 hrs, however the class run time will be closer to 1.5 hours with allotted time for questions and answers at the end.
